In May, the world famous Hanson Brothers from the 1977 movie Slap Shot returned to Central Pennsylvania for the SIXTH time and helped raise $10,000 for the Pennsylvania Breast Cancer Coaltion.

"Play it Again" for Charity hosted  "Paint the Rink Pink" which featured the Red Robin Robins playing against Team Full Circle Copiers, teams of local adult talent. The event was played at Twin Ponds East in Harrisburg and featured a pink themed arena and lobby, a fun game for the spectators and a very special meet and greet with Steve Carlson, Jeff Carlson and Dave Hanson who played with both teams, then signed autographs for free and posed for pictures. Since 2006 "Play it Again' for Charity has donated over $54,000 to the Pennsylvania Breast Cancer Coalition through it's benefit ice hockey games.

According to Rob Ziemba, Founder -- of "Play it Again' for Charity, "It's our players, staff and volunteers that step up and help us raise the money in so many ways. Giving the players the opportunity to skate with three of the most famous faces in hockey, is our reward. I think it's great when a team of adult hockey players can get together once a year, wear pink skate laces, wrap their sticks in pink tape, and still -- rough it up for a great cause. Our mission is to connect the hockey fan -- with the fan favorite, all while raising money for great cause."
