Since 2001, "
Play it Again" for Charity has donated over
$52,900 to Non-Profit Organizations and is the longest running NHL / AHL Alumni Charity Hockey Organization in Central Pennsylvania.
We are a small organization with a staff of two -- but together with our friends and partners -- produce big results!
Our goal is to connect the fan -- with the fan favorite -- through exhibition ice hockey events!
In nine years we have hosted games with NHL / AHL Alumni who have won Stanley and Calder Cups!
We also made the
New York Times -- to support the Hanson Brother's Fundraising Efforts!
In 2005 -- our organization made
hockey history when SIX -Time Stanley Cup Champion Bryan Trottier played in our event at the HERSHEYPARKARENA --
marking the first time "Trotts" skated in Hershey!
From 2006 to 2010 we entertained fans --
and -- ourselves with the infamous Hanson Brothers from the 1977 movie
Slap Shot!
